UGC NET 2020 – The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the UGC NET December 2019 and June 2020 exam dates. The University Grant Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) exam is also known as NTA NET. The UGC NET exam is conducted at the national level. UGC NET 2019
Let the candidates know that the UGC NET 2019 December exam and a syllabus can be based on the June exam. NTA NET exam will be computer-based test (CBT) exam. UGC NET Eligibility Criteria 2020
- Candidates should have secured 55% marks in post-graduation.
- The reserved category candidates should get 50% marks in post-graduation.
- Candidates who have become postgraduates on September 19, 1991, will be given a rebate of 5%.
- The age of the candidate for Junior Research Fellowship should not be more than 30 years.
- SC, ST, OBC, PWD, transgender and female candidates should not be more than 35 years of age.
- There is no age limit for the candidate for Assistant Professor.
- OBC / SC / ST / PWD category and women candidates will be given 5 years relaxation.
- The exemption will also be given to candidates with research experience.
- 3 years relaxation will be given for those with an LLM degree.
UGC NET Application Form 2020
The online application process for the NTA UGC NET 2019 exam will run between 9 September 2019 to 9 October 2019. The online application forms will be released on the official website of NTA Net, ntanet.nic.in. Candidates have to submit the application fee along with the UGC NET 2019 application form. Only those candidates who have filled all the information in the application form and paid the application fee at the right time will be approved.
- For general and other unreserved category candidates – Rs 800 / –
- For OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates – Rs. 400 / –
- For SC / ST / PWD / Transgender candidates – Rs 200 / –
- The application fee can be paid by online medium credit card, debit card or net banking.
UGC NET Admit Card 2020
The admit cards of the candidates will be issued for the NTA UGC NET December 2019 exam. The admit card of all the candidates whose application will be accepted will be released online. Candidates can download there admit card by visiting the official website of NTA. No hard copy of any candidate’s admit card will be sent by UGC. UGC NET Exam Pattern 2020
The UGC NET exam 2019 will be conducted through online medium. Let the candidates know that the NET exam will be conducted in 2 shifts. Paper I The morning shift will be conducted from 09:30 to 10:30 and Paper-II will be held in the second shift from 11 am to 01 am. Objective type questions are asked in the exam.
