Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test (KARTET) has been conducted by Centralised Admission Cell (CAC). This Exam is conducted every year in the month of February by the Karnataka Government. Notification for Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test 2019 will be released on the month of December 2019. Candidate can apply through the official website of KARTET i.e. www.schooleducation.kar.nic.in.

Interested Candidate/ Applicant can apply online application form in advance when applying online form has been released not to wait for the last date. The last date to apply KARTET is in the month of January 2020. This is an eligibility Test no claim for recruitment. A person qualified KARTET 2019 may also appear again for improving his/her score. Eligibility Overview
- Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks.
- Graduation with at least 50% marks.
- Relaxation in qualification up to 5% for SC/ST/C-1/Differently abled.
- Diploma/Degree course in teacher education will be recognized by NCTE.

KARTET Eligibility Criteria 2019
Eligibility Criteria is further divided into 3 stages as per Education qualification. These stages are described as
- Stage – I- (Primary Stage) LPS teachers Class I-V(Paper-1).
- Stage II – (Secondary Stage) Higher primary Stage (Paper-II)
- Stage III – Elementary Stage – Paper – I and II.
Minimum qualifications for becoming a teacher for classes I-V: Primary Stage LPS teachers Class I-V(Paper-1)
- PUC / Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed and appearing in final Year of 2 -Year Diploma in elementary education. OR
- PUC / Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed and appearing in final Year of 4 -Year Bachelor of elementary education (B.El.Ed). OR
- B.A/ B.Sc Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed and appearing in final Year of 2 -Year Diploma in elementary education.
Minimum qualifications for becoming a teacher for classes VI-VII: Higher primary Stage (Paper-II)
- B.A/ B.Sc Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed and appearing in final Year of 2 -Year Diploma in elementary education. OR
- B.A/ B.Sc Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed and appearing in final Year of 2 -Year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed).OR
- PUC / Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed and appearing in final Year of 4 -Year Bachelor of elementary education (B.El.Ed). OR
- PUC / Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year B.A.Ed /B.Sc.Ed. OR
- B.A / B.Sc Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in Final-year B.Ed.
Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I – VIII Elementary Stage – Paper – I and II
- PUC / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). OR
- B.A/B.Sc Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test 2019 application form will be released in the month of December 2019. Process of filling the application form is an online mode. - Click on new registration and fill all the field which are present.

- After registration upload image and signature.
- Select a payment mode for paying the examination fee.
- Before doing take a print out of completed application form i.e. required for future official correspondence.
KARTET Admit Card 2019
Admit card will be released in the month of January 2020. Admit card will not be sent by any Postal mode only released on the official website. Examination Centre, date time of an exam will be present on the admit card. Read the Instruction Carefully present in the admit card.

KARTET Exam Pattern 2019
Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test is an online-based exam. In this exam, only multiple choice question (MCQ) will be asked. Exam pattern of KARTET 2019 is based all stage of the exam. There will be no negative marking. There are total 150 questions are there. Complete detail is given below.

KARTET Result 2019
KARTET 2019 Will declared the result in the month of February 2020. All candidate appearing in the KARTET 2019 will got a marked statement.
